Four Territories, Four Expressions of Piemonte

Few Italian wine journeys offer such a rich progression of styles within such a compact landscape.

Canelli and Alta Langa introduce the journey with Piemonte’s Metodo Classico sparkling wines, shaped by altitude, cool-climate conditions and long ageing on the lees.

Barbaresco and Barolo then reveal two celebrated expressions of Nebbiolo, each strongly connected to its own villages, vineyard sites and local traditions.

The journey concludes in the Dogliani area, where Dolcetto offers a different perspective on the Langhe through a grape deeply rooted in local wine culture.

Together, the four days create a journey through the diversity of Piemonte rather than a simple sequence of winery visits.

Why Book This Journey with Bellia Experience?

Piemonte rewards travellers who go beyond the label and understand the relationship between each wine and the hill, village and producer behind it.

As certified Tour Leaders and Sommeliers, we connect each tasting with the landscapes, grape varieties and wine culture of Canelli, Alta Langa, Barbaresco, Barolo and Dogliani.

Rather than visiting several wineries producing similar wines, this itinerary has been designed to create contrast: Metodo Classico from Alta Langa, Barbaresco and Barolo from Nebbiolo, and Dogliani DOCG from Dolcetto offer four different perspectives on Piemonte.

Bellia Experience coordinates wineries, hotels, lunches and logistics, with the flexibility to travel independently or choose a complete private transfer service.
