About This Emilia-Romagna Food & Wine Tour

This five-day Emilia-Romagna food and wine tour travels from Parma to Bologna through some of the region’s most distinctive gastronomic traditions, wines and historic cities.

Begin in Parma with a visit dedicated to Prosciutto di Parma and time to discover the city, then continue to Modena for a Lambrusco winery experience and a day focused on Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

The journey continues towards Bologna with a selected winery visit and tasting focused on Pignoletto, followed by free time to explore the city and a final day at your own pace.

The programme includes two winery visits with tastings, three selected food experiences, four hotel nights with breakfast and a carefully planned route that can be followed self-drive or with private transfers. This journey brings together the food, wine and city culture of Emilia, following a natural route from Parma to Modena and Bologna.

If you have selected the private transfer option, final drop-off can be arranged at Bologna Airport, the railway station or another agreed location.

Accommodation

The journey includes four nights in selected hotels with breakfast: one night in the Parma area, two nights in Modena or the surrounding area, and one night in Bologna or the surrounding area.
