8:30 AM – Departure from Verona. Guests choosing private transport depart from the agreed meeting point in Verona. Self-drive guests travel independently towards Lessinia using the directions provided before departure.
10:00 AM – Monte Veronese producer. Meet a selected producer and learn about local cheese production, ageing and the traditions connected with the Lessinia Mountains.
Cheese tasting. Enjoy a guided tasting of selected cheeses. The varieties and accompaniments depend on the producer and seasonal availability.
12:30 PM – Traditional Lessinia lunch. Continue to a selected malga, mountain hut or rural restaurant for a traditional lunch based on local and seasonal dishes.
2:30 PM – From Lessinia to Valpolicella. Leave the mountains and descend towards the vineyard-covered hills of Valpolicella.
4:00 PM – Winery visit. Discover a selected estate, its vineyards, cellar and production philosophy.
