9:30–10:00 AM – Arrival and welcome. Meet at the location provided before departure. Self-drive guests reach the first producer independently, while guests using the transfer option meet the driver at the agreed pick-up point.
10:00–11:30 AM – Cheese producer visit and tasting. Visit a selected dairy, farm or malga and discover local milk processing and cheese ageing before tasting a seasonal selection.
11:30 AM–12:30 PM – Scenic journey. Continue through the Lessinia Mountains towards the lunch venue.
12:30–2:30 PM – Traditional malga lunch. Enjoy a menu inspired by mountain cuisine and seasonal ingredients.
2:30–3:30 PM – Landscapes and free time. Depending on weather and schedule, enjoy a short walk, panoramic stop or visit to a traditional mountain village.
3:30–5:00 PM – Craft brewery. Discover the ingredients and principal stages of brewing before a guided tasting of selected craft beers.
Late afternoon – End of the experience. Return independently or continue with the arranged transfer service.
