My passion is grounded in a solid educational background: a degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Culture and a Master\u2019s in Food & Beverage Management. This allows me to curate every logistical, culinary, and wine-related detail of our itineraries with care and precision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After several years in the restaurant industry, I decided to combine my greatest passions: travel, food, wine, and meaningful human connections. While I once enriched my guests\u2019 experiences at the table, today I bring them into the heart of the territory, in direct contact with local producers, their stories, and their traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
