This allows me to curate every logistical, culinary, and wine-related detail of our itineraries with care and precision.

After several years in the restaurant industry, I decided to combine my greatest passions: travel, food, wine, and meaningful human connections. While I once enriched my guests’ experiences at the table, today I bring them into the heart of the territory, in direct contact with local producers, their stories, and their traditions.

Solo travel has taught me the value of human relationships and how deeply people are connected to their culture and heritage. Elia took us around the city sites explaining the history of the area and told us about local food and wine. Along the way he gave us recommendations of wine bars, gelato and restaurants, telling us about the local food and wines to try. The wine tasting at a local wine bar was brilliant. The wines were delicious, generous samples and Elia was knowledgeable about the wines and regions. We were also provided with delicious local cheeses, cold meats and fresh bread. All delicious and a highlight of our holiday. Would recommend taking this tour on your first evening in Verona.
